Asked for an EICR report and the cost was 100 which is good value compared to other quotes I had. He was very prompt in arranging a visit and, upon identifying some issues that needed fixing in order to get a satisfactory eicr, arranged to do the work 2 days later. Showed up on the day and very promptly and had the work done no hassle (i cant comment on how much the work cost tho as this was handled by the property owner; I'm in the process of purchasing). Then promptly sent the report which looks fine. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Carl did an EICR test report for me - chosen because he’s fully registered to do so. He provided a very prompt service and at a really fair price. He was also able to fix a couple of things that needed to be rectified for compliance on the same day as the test….. which was super convenient for my tenant. Would recommend his services to others without hesitation.

I had Carl conduct and ECIR for a rental property and he arranged access directly with tenant and identities a few items which with new legislation would need to be addressed at some point, he gave me a balanced view and went the following week to complete the rest of the works.
