Asked for an EICR report and the cost was 100 which is good value compared to other quotes I had. He was very prompt in arranging a visit and, upon identifying some issues that needed fixing in order to get a satisfactory eicr, arranged to do the work 2 days later. Showed up on the day and very promptly and had the work done no hassle (i cant comment on how much the work cost tho as this was handled by the property owner; I'm in the process of purchasing). Then promptly sent the report which looks fine. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend!

Called Carl regarding a mains switch on our electricity after we had a power outage the other night, and the mains switch had fused on, although we had no power. Sent him a pic of the box, and he got the replacement switch in hand. Really was excellent service all round. He kept in contact through the day as we had to wait for Scottish power to sort the power supply, and he was round 30 minutes later. Highly professional and put our minds at ease due to what we'd been told about the mains switch crackling and apparently could have caused a fire. Replaced within 15 minutes. We will most definitely be recommending to others and will use him again in the future.
